General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline critical information about becoming a Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd client. Once you participate in a class (paid or otherwise), this indicates that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms. 

Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd (Rebound) ACN 679 728 584 provide Reformer Pilates and other classes associated to wellness, mind, body and spirit. We offer a combination of group classes and private sessions. These terms regulate the provision of those classes, and we reserve the right to update them (with reasonable notice to you) from time to time. 

These terms and conditions are an agreement between Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd (We, Us, or Our) and you (You or Your) as a client of Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd. 

All classes must be attended at the studio where they were purchased. Class packs, weekly membership payments and pay up front membership payments, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between studios or individuals, except where required by law. They cannot be extended unless due to illness or injury, in which case a medical certificate will be required. Requests for extensions due to medical reasons must be made before the expiration date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any classes not used by the expiration date. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 4 hours before your class starts. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited class and penalty fee. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the cancellation window, or if you do not attend your class, you will lose that class, will not be eligible for a refund and a penalty fee will be debited from your nominated credit card or bank account. 

Payments must be made in advance to book all classes and private sessions. Class pack purchases (excluding memberships) are subject to an expiration period, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Class pack purchases are a one-time payment, and no further auto payments will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account (via Stripe).

Membership Payments:
Payments must be made in advance to book all classes and private sessions.

Membership fees will be automatically charged to your nominated credit card or bank account  on a weekly basis through Stripe.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover your weekly Autopay. 

In the event of a declined payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason your bank may apply a fee to your account for each failed transaction. 

In the event of a declined payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason Stripe will apply a fee of $3.50 to your account for each failed transaction.In the event of a declined payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd will apply a fee of $5.00 to your account for each failed transaction.

If an automatic debit cannot be processed for any reason, Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd reserves the right to process the payment at any time after the due date once there are sufficient funds in your account.

Declined Payments:
Please be aware that if your payment is declined or fails, a $3.50 fee will be applied by Stripe to cover the transaction cost.

In the event of a declined payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd will apply a fee of $5.00 to your account for each failed transaction.

Membership Freeze:
To freeze your membership, Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd requires at least 7 days’ written notice before your next payment is due. The pause dates must align with your Autopay schedule and must be for a minimum of 7 days.

Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 4 weeks with a weekly $6.99 freeze fee applicable.

We do not accept pause or cancellation requests via phone, SMS, or social media.Please contact info@reboundreformerpilates.com.au to freeze your membership.

Membership Termination:
To terminate your membership, Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd requires you to payout 50% of your remaining contract term. This fee will be automatically charged to your nominated credit card or bank account via Stripe.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover this payment. In the event of a declined payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason your bank may apply a fee to your account for each failed transaction.

All membership termination requests require at least 7 days’ written notice prior to your next payment date. We do not accept pause or cancellation requests via phone, SMS, or social media. Please contact info@reboundreformerpilates.com.au to terminate your membership.

Bookings:
To book a class, cancel a class and manage your client account please download our app, Rebound Pilates and log in or alternatively log in via our website - www.reboundreformerpilates.com.au

Bookings, class cancellations and general account management requests cannot be made via telephone, SMS, email or social media. 

Late Cancellation/No-show:
Please note, if you cancel within 4 hours before the class starts, you will incur a $15 fee and forfeit your class credit. If you are absent or fail to show up for your scheduled class, a $15 fee will be charged and forfeit your class credit.

This fee will be automatically charged to your nominated credit card or bank account via Stripe.

Late Arrival to Class:
If you arrive late and miss the class introduction and warm-up, you do so at your own risk, which may lead to serious injury or even death. Additionally, you release Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd, along with its instructors, employees, and representatives, from any liability for injuries incurred due to your late arrival and partial participation in the class. 

Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd reserves the right to prevent you from participating in a class if you arrive 5+ minutes past start time of class. Please note your class credit will not be reinstated onto your account. 

Waitlists:
Waitlist options are designed to benefit all members and enhance accessibility to classes. If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist using the online booking system at least 4 hours before the class starts. 

If you move from the waitlist to an actual class, you will receive an automatic notification via email and have 2 hours to respond before the next person on the waitlist is notified of the available spot. The 4-hour cancellation policy will still apply to clients who are moved from the waitlist into the class.

Schedule Changes:
Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd reserve the right to make changes to class schedules, operating hours, membership pricing, and instructors at our sole discretion at any time (for example, if the instructor is unavailable). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the cancellation.

If a class is cancelled by us, it will not affect any classes you have already paid for and your class credit will be reinstated to your account. 

Private Sessions:
A 24-hour cancellation policy (Notice Period) applies to all one-on-one/private sessions.

If you do not provide the required notice, you will lose your private session.

You can change the date and time of your session online or by emailing info@reboundreformerpilates.com.au, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your session. 

Grip Socks and reformer mats:
Grip socks must be worn in all classes for safety and hygiene purposes.

Socks can be purchased in studio.

Belongings: 
Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while at the Studio.

We do not take responsibility for the safekeeping of your items.

We highly recommend that you bring only essential items and avoid taking valuable personal belongings into our studios, such as mobile phones, jewellery, personal devices, wallets, bags, and purses.

Any items left behind will be stored in lost property by the studio for a maximum of four weeks, after which they will be discarded.

Client Code of Conduct:
While in the studio, you agree to:

  • Use all equipment responsibly and according to the trainer’s instructions.

  • Respect and adhere to the trainer’s directions at all times.

  • Avoid disrupting the class or compromising the environment in any way.

  • Treat fellow participants and the trainer with respect and courtesy.

Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove you from the class and deny you access to the studio in the future. Any refund for remaining credits will be determined at our discretion.

You agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to the Studio that occurs as a result of your intentional, wrongful, or negligent actions.

You agree to indemnify and protect us and Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd from any liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise due to your violation of this Agreement.

Personal Liability:
As with any physical activity, participating in our Pilates and fitness classes may involve certain health and safety risks. By taking part in our Classes, you confirm that you do not have any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that would prevent you from safely participating. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by us, our instructors, and staff to ensure your safe participation. If you experience any illness, injury, or condition (including pregnancy), you must inform a Rebound Reformer Pilates staff member or instructor immediately so we can adjust your program accordingly or request a medical certificate if necessary for continued participation.

Please note that neither we nor our instructors or staff are certified medical professionals. Any advice, guidance, or assistance we provide should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

Prior to participating in any class, you must consult a licensed medical professional to confirm your ability to take part. You may also be required to present a medical certificate to join a class.

Pre / Post Natal Personal Liability:
Pre-natal clients will be required to complete our pre / post-natal questionnaire and submit a certificate of medical clearance prior to your first class at Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd. Post natal clients will be required to complete our pre / post-natal questionnaire and submit a certificate of medical clearance prior to your first class at Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd up to 12 weeks postpartum.

Tactile Cuing:
Our instructors may use tactile cueing and adjustment techniques, which may involve physical contact for correction purposes. These guided methods help ensure that classes are conducted according to established practice methods (Practice Methods).

The use of these Practice Methods aims to maintain a safe environment for you, enhance your learning, and develop student capabilities. Your participation in these Practice Methods is entirely at your own risk.

General Terms:
Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny you entry to the studio under the following circumstances:

  • You do not pay fees by the scheduled payment date.

  • You fail to comply with our policies.

  • You violate any obligations outlined in the agreement.

  • Your behaviour threatens the health, safety, or well-being of other clients or staff at Rebound Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd

We retain the right to modify this agreement periodically and will provide you with reasonable notice for general changes. For adjustments related to fees and payments, we will give you a minimum of 60 days’ notice.
